What is SEPA’s logo?
SEPA recently developed a new and improved logo.
Our revamped emblem replaces our traditional orange and dark green colours with blue and bright green which, along with some subtle redesigning, create a cleaner and sharper effect.

In order to avoid any unnecessary impact on the environment from wastage, and unnecessary costs, we are phasing the roll-out of our new logo using up all stocks which feature the existing logo and phasing in the new logo as stocks dwindle and we place new orders.
Can I use SEPA’s logo?
We retain the copyright of our logo and we may take action against anyone who uses our logo without our permission. We do, however, allow the use of our logo in certain circumstances, detailed below.
You may use our logo if:
- you want to create a link to our website (www.sepa.org.uk) on your own website
- you are mentioning us as a source of environmental information
- we are providing funding for your project (or campaign/initiative/event etc), but only in direct connection with that project (see below* for examples)
You may not use our logo:
- in any way (other than those listed above) without our written permission
- to show that you hold a licence, permit, consent or authorisation from SEPA
- to suggest that SEPA endorses your business, organisation or activity in any way.
*Examples of how you can use our logo if we have provided you with funding:
- on a web page specifically about the project (or campaign/initiative/event etc)
- on printed material produced directly in connection with the project
- on a page in a document specifically about the project (e.g. in an annual report).
