As stated on SEPA's Disclosure Log (F0129031) SEPA has received a request for information under the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 concerning any reports, memos, correspondence or other documentation relating to safety or the environment regarding Faslane and Coulport, including the Oil Fuel Depot at Faslane and any handling of radioactive waste on a primary effluent barge in Gareloch (last 12 months) (held by specific members of SEPA staff (not information held by the Environmental Protection and Improvement team))
