  Please note that the Water Environment (Controlled Activities) Fees and Charges Scheme 2010 will continue to apply after 31 March, 2011 until further notice. SEPA will issue a consultation seeking to replace that charging scheme with a scheme that refers to replacement regulations, but otherwise the scheme will remain unaltered. Further details will be placed on our website.
