Consultation:
This consultation seeks your views on the application made by
British Energy Generation Limited to the Scottish Environment
Protection Agency (SEPA) to: vary an authorisation granted under
Section 13 of the Radioactive Substances Act
1993; to dispose of radioactive waste from the premises
at Torness.
In undertaking this consultation SEPA is looking for information
relevant to this application. Specifically, any matters that your
organisation, or you as an individual, are aware of that could
influence SEPA’s decision to grant an authorisation to dispose of
radioactive waste.
Representations concerning the application may be made by:

Any correspondence will be considered by SEPA when determining
the application. Comments are invited on the understanding that
they may be made public by SEPA. Comments will only be treated as
"not for publication" if a specific request to that effect is made
to SEPA.
