Requesting the SEPA logo
We allow use of our logo in certain
circumstances, detailed below. However, as SEPA is an independent
regulator, we will refuse use of our logo where we feel it
would imply endorsement or give favouritism to a commercial
organisation. We retain the copyright of our logo and we may
take action against anyone who uses our logo without our
permission.
Terms and Conditions
You may use our logo if:
- your organisation is a UK Government agency or non-departmental
Government body (NDPB);
- we are supporting your project (or
campaign/initiative/event etc), but only in direct connection with
that project (see below* for examples);
- or we give our written permission for using the logo in a
specified and agreed way, at our discretion.
You may not use our logo:
- in any way (other than those listed above) without our written
permission;
- to show that you hold a licence, permit, consent or
authorisation from SEPA;
- to suggest that SEPA endorses your business, organisation or
activity in any way.
Examples of how you can use our logo if we have provided you
with funding:
- on a web page specifically about the project (or
campaign/initiative/event etc);
- on printed material produced directly in connection with the
project;
- on a page in a document specifically about the project (e.g. in
an annual report).
