Sustainable Procurement
SEPA is implementing the 10 key steps of the Scottish
Government's Sustainable Procurement Action Plan. We will
publicise our performance annually in our Greening SEPA
Report.
Contract opportunities
SEPA advertises most of its significant requirements exceeding
the EC Public Procurement Directive thresholds in the Official
Journal of the European Union (OJEU). The OJEU, Government
Opportunities and Contrax Weekly can be obtained from Business

Standard documentation
SEPA has a standard conditions of contract which are used
for all straightforward purchases and contracts. These conditions
can be enhanced if a specific contract requires it and for the more
complex and high value contracts bespoke conditions may be
used.
