Contract opportunities
SEPA advertises most of its significant requirements exceeding
the EC Public Procurement Directive thresholds in the Official
Journal of the European Union (OJEU). The OJEU, Government
Opportunities and Contrax Weekly can be obtained from Business
Information Publications

Standard documentation
SEPA has five standard conditions of contract which are
used for all straightforward purchases and contracts. These
conditions can be enhanced if a specific contract requires it and
for the more complex and high value contracts bespoke conditions
may be used.
