do?
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaints
process or the manner in which a complaint has been handled, you
may raise a complaint direct with the Scottish Public Services
Ombudsman. Details of how to raise the complaint are available

It is recognised that some complaints may require the processing
of personal data relating to customers, other external third
parties and SEPA staff. We will ensure that such data is processed,
recorded and retained in accordance with the requirements of the
Data Protection Act 1998.
