Comments and Complaints

If you have any questions, complaints or compliments, please email foi@sepa.org.uk or write to FOI, SEPA, Erskine Court, Castle Business Park, Stirling, FK9 4TR. Our records manager will be responsible for dealing with your views. If you have a complaint, we will set up an internal review group consisting of people not involved in your initial request. We will conclude any review and respond to you within 20 working days.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can appeal to the Scottish Information Commissioner, who is responsible for regulating the Freedom of Information and Environmental Information Regulations.
