Access to Information : Copyright

SEPA is the sole copyright owner of SEPA-produced information. This includes, but is not limited to, guidance, research, reports, data, policies, advice and education material.

SEPA also holds copyright jointly with other organisations for similar types of information as above (where these have been produced jointly).

You may use SEPA information freely:

  • for personal research and interest
  • for education
  • to fulfil your regulatory obligations.

You should credit SEPA as being the source of the information (e.g. in research projects).

If SEPA is not the sole copyright owner you must seek permission from the other copyright holder(s) before using it.
