Aviation
The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) is the
environmental regulator for all Aviation ETS operators that have their
registered office in Scotland. From 2013, Aviation ETS operators
without a registered office in the UK will be allocated according
to where their highest percentage of emissions takes place. SEPA
will then be the regulator for the Aviation ETS operators whose
main emissions take place during flights to or from Scotland as
well as those with a registered address in Scotland. Contact SEPA if you have
any questions about Aviation ETS.
