Out of hours media contact details
Please call 01738 448414, which connects you to SEPA's 24 hour
communication centre. Please do not call any other number as this
is the quickest and most reliable route for contacting us
out-of-hours.
Outside normal office hours, SEPA's Communications team will
respond to requests for information about flooding and other
environmental emergencies. We will not contact staff who are not
on-call to ask for information about routine business. The duty
officer will try to respond to your call within 30 minutes.
However, allow two hours before calling again.
Our normal office hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to
Friday.
