| We all have a responsibility to manage the risk of flooding and to protect ourselves, our families, property and business. There are many actions we can take to minimise the flood damage to our land and property. SEPA's Floodline service can give you advanced warnings of flooding and give you more information on how to be prepared.

In February 2012, SEPA and the Scottish Government jointly published Flood Risk Management Planning in Scotland: Arrangements for 2012 -2016. The arrangements devloped will help define sustainable policies and actions for Flood Risk Management and outlines the involvement and planned co-ordination of local partnerships and advisory groups. |
