| Work is on-going
with the Scottish Government to establish an implementation
schedule for the Reservoirs Act. Once this is established,
SEPA will continue to work with the Scottish Government and the
reservoir industry to deliver the requirements contained within the
sub-ordinate legislation.
Until the new Reservoirs Act is implemented,
local authorities will remain the enforcement authority for the
existing legislation. If you require information on a
