These Regulations re-enact, with amendments, the Control of Pollution (Silage, Slurry and Agricultural Fuel Oil) Regulations 2001. They set minimum standards for the construction of all new, substantially enlarged or substantially reconstructed installations for silage, slurry and fuel oil storage
