Emergency Out of hours contact details

Please call 01738 448414, which connects you to SEPA's 24 hour
communication centre. Please do not call any other number as this is the
quickest and most reliable route for contacting us out-of-hours. The
duty PR officer will try to respond to your call as soon as possible.

Outwith normal office hours, SEPA's PR team will respond requests for
information about environmental emergencies. We will not contact staff
who are not on-call to ask for information about routine business.

Our normal office hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
