SEPA West Region Board Meeting

The Board of the Scottish Environment Protection Agency’s (SEPA) West Region will meet in East Kilbride on Friday 20 November 1998 at 10am. The venue will be SEPA West, 5 Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride G74 5PP.

The Board’s custom is to meet in different locations within the Region, to give Board members an opportunity to become familiar with the Region and to provide an opportunity for local people to attend the meetings. The previous meeting was held in Glasgow.

The agenda for the East Kilbride meeting will include: the West Region Half Year Performance Against Targets; SEPA’s Review of Science; and the West Region Business Plan 1999/2000. This is in addition to regular agenda items including the Director’s Report, Financial Report, and Environmental Licences Granted and Applications Received.

Press and members of the public are welcome to attend this meeting. The Regional Solicitor’s report will be heard in private session as it contains details of cases currently referred for prosecution.
