Environmental Placement Programme (EPP)
Business Environmental Partnership North East (BEP-NE) offers a student placement as part of a wider national initiative delivered in association with the Shell Technology Enterprise Programme link to http://www.step.org.uk/] (STEP). The EPP aims to help local businesses realise cost savings through waste minimisation and the efficient use of water and energy resources.
The EPP matches university students with companies to carry out environmental improvement projects to the mutual benefit of the student and the host company. The eight-week placements are co-funded by the company and BEP-NE. For more information, visit the BEP-NE website or contact Susanne Pope on 07966 763755 or email to susanne@thebep.org.uk.
