On 23 April 2007, SEPA received an application from Oran Utilities Ltd to operate an animal rendering facility at its site near Kintore, Aberdeenshire. SEPA have now had time to consider the application and will issue Oran a permit with conditions attached. SEPA are no longer consulting on this application but the final permit and decision document can be viewed by clicking here
