Statutory consultees
SEPA has sent copies of the application to the following statutory consultees who have 28 days to provide their input to the determination process:
- Grampian Health Board
- Food Standards Agency
- Scottish Natural Heritage
- Aberdeenshire Council
- Scottish Water.
Public register
Public register SEPA has a public register in Aberdeen that includes the Oran application. The register in Aberdeen covers the North East of Scotland and contains copies of:
- all of the applications and licences that SEPA has responsibility for in the Aberdeen area
- licences known as authorisations, consents, permits or registrations
- reports provided by operators
- reports on compliance monitoring and breaches of limits
- results of any direct testing carried out by SEPA
- enforcement notices and other action taken by SEPA, and
- notices served to obtain further information.
In exceptional cases, some information may be withheld from the register, or may not be available, because of commercial confidentiality

When a member of the public makes a response or comment to a consultation, it is known as a representation. You may have concerns about an aspect of Oran’s application or simply have some local knowledge which you think may be relevant to SEPA’s decision making.
By law, SEPA must take public representations into account when making its decision about an application. Please send your comments in writing to;
