Please Note:
Applications received by 30 September will be determined by 1 January each year. Applications received after 30 September may not be determined until after 1 January. Accordingly, accreditation will not be back dated and you will not be permitted to issue end of year carry over. Applications received after the 30 September will be determined with the statutory 12 week determination period.
