Consultation - Magnox North Ltd Applications
This consultation seeks your views on applications made by
Magnox North Limited to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency
(SEPA), for an authorisation under Section 13 of the above Act to
dispose of radioactive waste from the premises at Chapelcross, and
for a variation under Section 17 of the above Act to the extant
authorisation for the disposal of solid radioactive waste from the
premises at Chapelcross.
In undertaking this consultation SEPA is looking for information
relevant to this application. Specifically SEPA would like to be
informed of any matters that your organisation, or you as an
individual, are aware of that could influence SEPA’s decision to
grant an authorisation to dispose of radioactive waste.
Written representations concerning the application may be made
to The Registrar, SEPA, Dingwall Office, Graesser House, Fodderty
Way, Dingwall, IV15 9XB or by email and will
be considered by SEPA when determining the application. Comments
are invited on the understanding that they may be made public by
SEPA. Comments will only be treated as "not for publication" if a
specific request to that effect is made to SEPA
