The aim of the registration scheme for carriers of controlled waste is to assist in the prevention and investigation of fly-tipping of waste.  Details of registered carriers are available on this site or may be obtained from any SEPA office.

Should anyone witness any fly-tipping of waste or any illegal activity connected with waste management then they are requested to contact SEPA either at one of the Local Offices as detailed below, the Dumb Dumpers hotline no 08452 30 40 90 (for fly-tipping incidents) or the SEPA Emergency hotline on 0800 80 70 60.

Should anyone have any concerns or questions in regards to waste management issues then they are advised to contact their local SEPA office to discuss the issues and obtain advice.
