Click here to view the current UK SIC* ( United Kingdom Standard Industrial Classification) and PRTR* (Pollutant Release and Transfer Register) codes for completion of the paper and electronic SPRI forms. Where you have been issued with a SPRI 2007 paper form use these codes to complete the table on page 5 entitled "Section B – Economic Activity and Process Information".  

Choose the SIC code which most closely represents your parent company or organisation's activities. The PRTR code should be the activity which takes place at your installation. Use the sub activates part of the form to add additional PRTR sub activities which you want to be reflected in your SPRI return.
