Guidance for submitting an application to SEPA
Please read the following points. Once you are happy and have all the relevant information to make your application, click on the “Submit your Application to SEPA” button below, which will launch your email client software.
Note: If you use a webmail service (Hotmail, Gmail...etc) then you should provide the details outlined below and send your email to registry@sepa.org.uk:
- The payment receipt reference number that you were given when you paid though QuickPay; this needs to be reconciled with your application, so please enter this number into the Subject box of your email.
N.B. If SEPA receives an application that does not have a payment receipt reference number then SEPA will NOT be able to process your application. (If you are applying for a licence that does not have an associated fee, and therefore does not require payment, then this does not apply.)
- Attach your application form, web receipt and any associated supporting documentation or fee calculations to the email.
