A notice revoking the PPC Permit in its entirety has been served on Scotgen (Dumfries) Ltd which will come in to effect on 23 September 2013. The revocation notice also requires the removal of all waste from the permitted installation and the completion of certain works to investigate the potential for pollution over the period of operation and return the site to a satisfactory state. Update 23/09/13 - Scotgen (Dumfries) Ltd has appealed the decision to revoke the permit. We await information from the Scottish Ministers as to the format, time and venue of the appeal.
