Application CD
Directory structure
The following structure is recommended for CDs of supporting
information with marine fish-farm CAR applications. Note that
not all of the files listed below will be required for every
application; refer to the 'Fish-farm Manual' for details of which
ones are.

This structure is slightly different from that created by
AutoDEPOMOD; the re-tree.bat tool will:
- create a blank template, or
- reconfigure the structure created by AutoDEPOMOD, or
- incorporate AutoDEPOMOD files into an existing structure.
To use it:
- copy re-tree.bat into an empty directory named
for the site and execute it, or
- copy re-tree.bat into the AutoDEPOMOD
'sitename' directory , i.e. at the same level as the 'depomod'
directory, and execute it, or
- copy re-tree.bat and the contents of the
AutoDEPOMOD 'sitename' directory (not the directory itself) into
the template site directory, and execute
re-tree.bat

AutoDEPOMOD files
AutoDEPOMOD generates many files during its execution and
iteration, of which SEPA only requires to hold the results files
pertinent to the application on the Public Register, i.e. those
relating to the runs that represent the quantities applied for, not
those of the intermediate iterations of the model, which should be
deleted prior to submission – this can be done automatically from
within the log-file dialogue of the AutoDEPOMOD interface.
The DEPOMOD_clean.bat tool will delete the
majority of the remaining unnecessary files.
To use DEPOMOD_clean.bat, copy it into the
'DEPOMOD' sub-directory and execute it.
