Employee relations structures and agreements reached with recognised trade unions and professional organisations. SEPA signed a Recognition Agreement with UNISON in 2009.

SEPA is a Public Authority under the terms of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011.


The current Records Management Policy was approved on 5 December 2013.

The Records Management plan was approved by NRS on 13 March 2014.
