Employee relations structures and agreements reached with recognised trade unions and professional organisations: SEPA signed a Recognition Agreement with UNISON in 2009.

Information resources

Records management policy, including records retention schedule:

  • SEPA is a Public Authority under the terms of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011.
  • The current Records Management Policy was approved on 5 December 2013.
  • The Records Management Plan was approved by NRS on 13 March 2014.
