It has now been confirmed that the advert was placed in The Edinburgh Gazette on 16 October 2020 and the West Highland Free Press on 16 October 2020. The end date for representations is therefore 13 November 2020.
Any person affected or likely to be affected by or having an interest in, the application may make representations to SEPA in writing within 28 days beginning with the date of the advertisement using the contact details provided in the advertisement.
Written representations received by SEPA within 28 days of this advertisement will be taken into consideration in determining the application.
