Compliance is important in ensuring that the environment and human health are protected. Once you have received authorisation for your activity, we will inspect and monitor against your conditions to ensure at these are being met and remain relevant. Our compliance assessment scheme (CAS) has been designed to demonstrate the level of compliance associated with specific licence conditions.
